Full use of the service requires account creation, subject to the following conditions. Your obligations include:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Updating information when changes occur
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Not sharing access to your account with others
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized account usage
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Procedure:
- Orders are accepted only on business days
- Order deadline is 10:00 AM of the next day
- Changes are not possible after order processing
- We reserve the right to refuse orders for objective reasons
4.2 Payment Terms:
- Payment is possible via corporate budget or bank card
- Prices include all taxes
- Price changes are possible with prior notice
- Refunds are only issued when we fail to fulfill an order
5. Delivery
- Delivery is made to the specified address on business days
- Standard delivery time: 12:00-14:00
- We will contact you in case of delay
- Delivery is available in Tbilisi and surrounding areas
6. Cancellation and Returns
Order cancellation is only possible before order processing. After processing:
- Order cancellation is not possible
- Refunds are only issued when delivery fails due to our fault
- Contact us immediately in case of quality issues

10. Card Saving and Recurring Payments
Users have the right to serve their bank card details to simplify future payments.
- When saving a card, 1 GEL is charged for verification, which is immediately refunded.
- Card details are stored in a secure payment system (Flitt) and SuperLunch does not have access to full card data.
- Users can remove their saved card at any time from their personal profile.
